Strange Duggar Statements and Will Jinger or the Rest Ever Be Free?

I am watching this family just  out of curiosity, and while I do truly care about what happens to the kids, I would not suggest this show to anyone.  Otherwise if you have not seen it, it's better to just stay away. I feel led to watch and expose it, in that, it ties to subtle deceptions and more being unloaded on the "Christian" world and is quite influential for a Christian TV show in the Dominionist world. It is being used as a cultural influence but how?  Why is there so much emphasis on the outward trappings of what society sees as "Christian"?

A spin-off show, United Bates of America, starring another Gothard-focused family, the Bates is now being show on television networks. So for whatever reason, the media and the powers behind it, really are pushing these shows. Why is another version of the Duggars even needed?

For me analyzing this show definitely to do with a micro-cosm of the false messages being unloaded on the Dominionist world. Just think of all the Dominionist super-stars who have flashed across the screen like Kirk Cameron. I read that one of the latest shows or one to be shown soon will include Kirk Cameron visiting with the Duggar family.  Below Kirk Cameron meets the Duggar Family at a Vision Fest sponsored event.

Legalism, Dominionism coupled with thoughtless new world order worshipping Republicanism,  quasi-Catholic beliefs regarding child breeding and worse are being promoted by this show. What gets me is the very odd statements that Michelle Duggar writes where if one reads carefully, they see very strange things in this family that is presented as an example to the rest of the world of a "happy" near-perfect family. For those paying attention, there seem to be many cracks in the facade forming quick in the family that rejects TV but parades their children for profit in the public eye.

One rule I found out about that is on the official Duggar family website, is very creepy.  While many of the rules make sense and speak of respect for others and their property, some are down right ominous, especially this one. Now as you read this remember all the blanket training that is supported, keep in mind the Duggars support the Pearls actively:

"Have a tough accountability/prayer partner to daily share your heart with and to keep you in line (your parents, spouse). The power of sin is in secrecy."

There is nothing in the Bible that says you must pour your heart out 100% to anyone but God. In fact, this is almost like Catholic confession, but instead of the priest hearing all of your secrets and sins, here they want them all poured out to a parent or spouse. If anything for normal development, young teens and adults are to form some independence from their parents. We see little of this happening among the Duggar young adult children. This is a trend I have seen within Dominionism. Where does all the hyper-helicopter parenting and "sheperding" lead?

The lack of privacy there, seems to be far more about cult control and to be frank this is something that cults DO advance, to make sure free thought and independence do not break out.

Michelle Duggar has written many things I find just strange on her recurring series of articles called PARENTABLES. There is your middle child, and son and what does this "loving" mother have to say about him except that he cleans toilets really well? What would you think if you were a teenage boy and realized your mother valued you the most for your chore skills? It almost sounds like she barely knows him.

As you read this ask yourself if this is normal for a 15 year old teenager? Some out there may say, hey he is just trying to help his family! And yes to raise a child with due diligence is a good thing, but I find myself kind of weirded out here.

"Right now his chore is cleaning the bathrooms. Our whole family has said when Josiah cleans the bathrooms he doesn't just clean them, he takes the whole thing apart and puts it back together. He literally takes the seat off of the toilet and scrubs around the little screws that latch the thing on and then he puts the seat back. He's not really a perfectionist but he really is just doing a thorough job and being diligent."

I have done a variety of different jobs in life and cleaning toilets was among them in my teen years at various restaurant and other jobs. I never unscrewed the toilet seat to clean a toilet.  Perhaps the poor kid, is just trying to get some private time away, in peace and quiet, but it really reads quite strange.

Some other questions I have thought of from Michelle's writing...

What's so bad about shorts especially for boys? Haven't they heard of longer, looser cargo shorts? One can see the strains of strange legalisms, such as none of the Duggar children being allowed to wear shorts in the hot Arkansas summers. There are longer shorts that cover one's thighs. That particular rule isn't mentioned here, but there were enough shows I saw of kids swimming in T-shirts and JEANS. The weird focus on defrauding while Christians should keep modest remains me of the extremes of Islam and why women in some countries are told to wear burqas. Did anyone even use that word 50 years ago?

Will Josiah ever be allowed to be a real accountant? If an employer did not require a college program and more, and that is extremely rare, he may get a bookkeeping job. They always speak of their children taking classes etc, but it is not regular preparation. How will they make a true living lacking the right credentials? Sure maybe the world does over-require hoops in some areas, but having your kid just follow a professional around for a day or taking acouple online courses that are not the same as regular college credits does that mean a certain career will be open to them or that they are really going to college.

This article was strange, choosing to be on TV and famous, is "having a servant's heart"? This odd article probably was to respond to all the critics who asked why be on TV? This one asks people to suspend all disbelief.

Then there was this recently on the Today show. One of the latest off-the-wall Duggar statements:
Visit for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

I have to admit as far as Christian modesty goes, warning....this fails on endless levels: Duggar Dad: 'It's Fun' Trying For Baby No. 20  Mr. Duggar tells the world it's fun to keep trying for baby #21 [counting Jubilee]. A man who has almost watched his wife die, seen a miscarriage and another baby almost die, could take the option of biblical abstinence if he is still against non-abortive birth control. They both seem unrealistic, narcissistic if one was to use those terms instead of biblical ones, and immodest even to joke about such a thing in front of their adult and younger children. What is even sadder is those adult daughters, who remain entrenched at home, no opportunities to court, who basically live like nuns in a convent without even innocent interaction with young adult males they are not related to. One thinks that these parents should be focusing on the children they already have for once and helping young adults prepare for their adult lives instead of living in suspended childhood.

Mainstream news shows aren't exactly pushing the truth. Now think about that. What is even more horrible is they parade the girls around, and this is the second time, they have had them talked about suitors, where are they to come from out of the thin air?

"In this sneak peek of the season premiere of 19 Kids and Counting, the older girls discuss their ideal mates and all Jinger says is that she wants out of their small Arkansas town.
“She might do good with a visionary spunky person, somebody that gives her coffee,” Jill says about her sister’s ideal mate, but Jessa says it has to be outside of their small town.
“She doesn’t want to live three hours out from civilization,” and Jinger agrees. “No! City please city please,” Jinger begs with a smile."
Some news stories out there, said, this was Jinger desiring real freedom a la the Free Jinger contingent but then her sister Jill puts her back in her place later, telling her to stay "content". Looks like the media fooled everyone saying Jinger wants out in various forms. I wondered if Jinger really made noises to flee the compound, but it just looked like more misdirection and perhaps a response to those wonder who would break free first. Yes Christian contentment is a virtue, but cult slavery when your family is  a cult is not.
"Jill tries to tell Jinger that God has a plan for her. “If you didn’t get somebody like that the Lord can be working and teaching you something in that area.”
Jinger agrees with her and says “Yes that’s for sure; I need to work on my contentment!”

Notice one thing about those girls? While the gestures of Joy are different she is younger and there has been less time for molding, the hair, clothes and rest almost exactly match on the rest of them. This is where we see the tragedy of the SAHD movement [link given for information, not an endorsement] playing before us, young women basically locked in cage, unable to fly, have a job, prepare for adult life which in this world will leave them stranded with no real skills, told they must live at home until that special daddy-approved suitor shows up, and it doesn't look like this father is really interested in focusing on his daughter's finding a spouse, with his focus remaining on more babies.

So while Michelle and JimBob Duggar have their "fun", and think of new babies, their oldest daughters already are about to exit their early 20s and enter the mid 20s living in total limbo. Just imagine being 22-24 years old, and you live like a teenager with chores, while your peers have moved on to families, and children, jobs, perhaps even working the mission field. Going to ATI conferences doesn't count for living a free life.

What is odd to me, is how not one adult child has not broken away from the hive. This actually is against the experiences of most families where young adults seek after their own identities and beliefs. Perhaps I do not understand these girls nor relate to them because by a young age, I broke away from my family's religion testing it for myself and while I entered into a false church [the UU] and even entered a non-family approved profession--teaching,  I would definitely keep searching for truth. But I am looking at the whole picture understanding the TRAINING aspects I posted about earlier. What kind of adults does the methods of the Pearls and blanket-training lead to? Maybe we see the answer right before us.

I found this comment elsewhere online. This person basically outlines the problems with the SAHD movement.
"At 22, I had been working as a nurse for 3 years. I didn't marry until 27 and didn't have children until 30. I am now a grandmother in my late 50's and a Christian over 45 years.
Stay at home daughterhood is not taught by Christ. Preferably stay at home momhood, but not daughterhood. It is a doctrine of man and you are wise to question this, because it will bury your talent, for which you will have to answer, handicap and possibly destroy your future, or that of your future children. The things you accomplish being a stay at home daughter - caring for a home - anyone can learn quickly. It does not take years of apprenticeship.
Christ is to be our focus, not family or marriage. I suggest you use these between years to get an education utilizing the talents you have been given and which can realistically provide for your future, and use it. You will then be far better prepared for yourself, your family, your husband, for Christ; should the need to work arise after marriage, or if you do not marry.
Marriage is not the end all be all. Some never marry. The bible actually says that to not marry is the better state to be in. Some are widowed. Some are divorced. Some are left with sick or dying husbands. There are no guarantees. The only guarantee we have is our salvation in Christ.
What will you do if your parents or husband become sick or die unexpectedly, or your husband suffers a financial disaster and you are left with nothing? No education. No money. No means but huge responsibilities and children who need to be provided for? It happens. And what if you then get sick?
Get to work on your life so that you can be an asset to Christ and others, not a liability. The best way to do that is to become a fully functioning responsible adult through education and work. You are an adult. And you will have to answer someday for what you have done with your gifts. A woman accompanying her husband to the mission field is far more valuable if she is a nurse, doctor, teacher. Anyone can set a pretty table.
The no man's land you seem to think you are caught in is the result of being told by man to stay at home while burying your talent. Sitting around pining about your state of limbo makes you look like a fool, and not a very wise fool for Christ.

Even if you read articles about FLDS, and other cults, many of the young people reaching a certain age break away, and it seems that is done far earlier on, age 16-18 or once they reach the age of majority in whatever state they live in. They do not follow their parents in everything. Is this the result of the blanket training where even in adulthood, young people refuse to go past the "boundaries"? Sorry but this will not form self sustaining or independent adults.

I know being under media attention has to change the game plan a bit, but to me this is one of the greatest tragedies of the Duggar family. I've traveled some of those SAHD blogs, sometimes I post to tell them the truth and give one or two one of my articles, but most do not post my comments.  One thing I found on them after reading many of them is one often sees very sad young adult women, who have been brainwashed to remain under their father's perpetual authority pining away for the lives unlived, and the saddest thing, is they all believe this is God's will. It is not. To be honest, the MAJORITY I've seen have had the young women sharing this same sentiment.

This is how false religious brainwashing can damage lives. Those years will never be regained. Others lose years due to health and other problems that occur in life. Yes, this is a tragedy in the making. We see it playing out with the Duggar girls now. All of the Duggar kids are not being prepared, with even career paths and college being limited for the boys.

There are other things I've noticed too even while researching even the other Duggar articles, no outside friends allowed except for from a few Quiverful families who all seem to live long distance, the young adults and teens are not allowed free access to the internet and only allowed to see certain websites and must ask one of the oldest sisters or Michelle for a password, everyone knows about the strange focus on kissing being only after marriage. FLDS like--keep sweet rules, where negative emotions are to be curtailed, and much more. Even the delusion in not preparing young people for the hardness of life, what it takes to survive, and make a living should a spouse never show up, in this economy borders on insanity.

One thing I am going to tell my readers, I have contact with some in the fundamentalist church world, some of this is old church members, and others, more and more are seeing this as a viable way of life, I can tell some are even entering into this mode though perhaps not to the extreme as the Duggars. Words like "defrauding", "courtship", etc are reaching my ears.  Even when I have told some about Gothard and ATI, keep in mind, these beliefs and cultural imperatives are being spread through the homeschool movement and other places, they would just tell me, "but they are a nice family!".

In fact, here one can see how the "right and left deception" leads to all sorts of imbalances. Remember the Duggars are held as up as the "ideal" Christian family, many see Kirk Cameron as a Christian "example" to follow. See what I mean?   There are those who desire to influence Christianity, even taking those things which are such as modesty, traditional ways of doing things and adding a twist to it all  turning it into something else.   This is about turning to the appearance of good, turning "Christianity" into an odd subculture, where they desire to change even family structures. The Duggars are the advertisement for much of it. For you see that is what is being done, they are trying to add a new subcultural FAUX foundation for "conservative", "evangelical", "fundamentalist" "Christianity". One that holds to the letter of the law not to the spirit. Do you understand what I mean? The thing that makes me the saddest, is the children and young adults who will pay a high price.

Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Greg Laurie, Harvest Fest and The 2013 National Day of Prayer Honorary Chairman

Harvest America With Greg Laurie: Largest US Evangelistic Event Ever?

I want you to notice the focus here...

Evangelist Greg Laurie opens up his two-day Harvest Crusades event at Angels Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., starting Saturday with the subject "How to find personal happiness." On Sunday, during his biggest Christian outreach event ever, Harvest America, the title of his message will be "Is it possible to change our lives?"

I tried to find a video of this sermon but could not. The title bugs me, personal happiness should not be a Christian's first priority in life, we will receive joy via God but this smacks of a different version of "Have a Best Life Now" Christianity. "Christianity" presented as a "improve your life" message. This has nothing to do with speaking of God's Holiness, or a true biblical message but the typical watered down "gospel", the world is in love with.

One thing in the ads for Harvest Fest, one can see the Dominionist drumbeats, the whole patriotic focus, America has turned away from God, which is true in a sense, but definitely this message is used in their claim that revival will come instead of tribulation. The complaints about God being taken out of the culture, courtrooms, schools, is the typical "culture wars" fare. When he says "It's time for America to turn back to God", this too is an example. As discussed on other articles in comments, there has been discussion of the easy believism at these "crusades" and "harvest fests", I have pointed out the focus on the numbers game and that is here too.

What do you make of this slogan?

I also found out, that Greg Laurie, has been made 2013 National Day of Prayer Honorary Chairman. On his blog he writes: "I have been asked to be the honorary chairman of the National Day of Prayer for 2013. Shirley Dobson, who has done such a wonderful job of overseeing this significant ministry to our country, called me and asked if I would take on this role and of course I agreed.  I am truly honored to serve in this capacity following in the footsteps of others who have done this in the past, including Billy and Franklin Graham, David Jeremiah, and many others."

Don't forget the National Day of Prayer and it's task force's agenda is SEVEN MOUNTAINS Dominionist to the core, with this statement from their website:

Think about that statement [in the blue above--my own highlighting]..."the SEVEN CENTERS of POWER"...of course they have the false UNITY statement too included.

I have posted on this before:

Lausanne and 7 Mountains Dominionism

Shirley Dobson, well I have merely only touched upon Focus on the Family but they are one of the premiere Dominionist organizations out there, this one focusing on "culture wars", she is the wife of James Dobson. Here too the CNP network enters in.

"Dobson was invited to join a secretive organization called the Council for National Policy, a coalition of powerful Republicans who want to cut taxes, shrink the government, and make the United States into a more God-fearing nation. Founded in 1981, the still-active CNP membership included some of the biggest names on the Religious Right, ardent gun-rights supporters, billionaires, Beltway strategists, politicians, fund-raising gurus, and a sprinkling of ex-John Birchers. In the invitation-only club, members are instructed to not talk about the meetings nor reveal the names of their colleagues. Recent speakers have included Vice President Dick Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, and W. himself, according to the watchdog group Americans United for Separation of Church and State. "From the beginning," t he group writes, " the CNP sought to merge two strains of far-right thought: the theocratic Religious Right with the low-tax, anti-government wing of the GOP. The theory was that the Religious Right would provide the grassroots activism and the muscle. The other faction would put up the money."
For the next 14 years, Dobson attended the meetings of the Council for National Policy religiously and hobnobbed with some of the powerful Republican operatives that Hillary Clinton would one day claim were part of the "vast, right-wing conspiracy" who were trying to bring down her husband. He became a regular fixture on blue-ribbon panels dealing with family issues.
As far as Shirley Dobson, the one who appointed Greg Laurie to this chairmanship, I ran across her name and picture on this website called The Summons 2012. It is interesting that her picture is right next to Tony Perkins, if you remember him, I've written about him and his group briefly before in regards to Boykin, of the Family Research Council.

The usual "networks"......

Family as an IDOL of it's own?

I saw this the other week

Barna: Women Value Family Over Faith

In the second of a four-part series studying Christian women, the Barna Group released survey results at the end of last week showing that, of women who have attended a regular church service in the last six months, more than half said their family was their highest priority in life. Sixteen percent said faith was most important, followed by health, career, and living a comfortable lifestyle.

I take Barna with a grain of salt knowing the surveys probably could be used to influence, maybe here they WANT women to put God aside but this reminds me of when I wrote this.

"People can make idols of other people, and that includes a wife making an idol of a husband. When I read about some of these women, elevating men to such high places, where the man dictates everyone of their actions, thoughts and words, that is not a Christian relationship but a toxic one. Couples are supposed to be helpmeets not a husband with a subservient slave. When a woman is trying to be a slave to a man, you are not listening to Gods will or what He wants you to do. You have made an idol of a mere human being who is imperfect to fulfill all your needs. In the Above Rubies magazine and some of the other websites, some of the expectations put upon the men to be 'perfect leaders' and problem solvers seemed insane.

That goes for those who make the "family" or their own into idols as well. The temptation to use motherhood for self-glorification is out there, and for people to put themselves above each other. While we should love our families, Jesus Himself spoke of his true family being other believers Matt 12:49-50., and warned of those who would have family members who would betray them. Where is the Great Commission, when most energy is poured into seeking the perfect Christian "lifestyle"?"

God is to COME FIRST TO THE CHRISTIAN. Yes parents do have an immense responsibility and duty to raise, love and care for their children.

For those out there without a family or who feel alone, God has promises even for you too. [Don't let those who are turning their own family into an idols influence you wrong]. I often think about those who are lonely or homeless, or in the world alone and how a disfavor is being done, by this picture of "Dominionist" Christianity only for the intense family types. There can be a feeling of being told you do not belong in the "Christian" world unless you have a family and I have had singles and others tell me this before. Groups like FOCUS on the FAMILY were named that way I believe on purpose. The culture wars got as far as they did, with people being led to focus on having the "perfect" family instead of on God.

Psalam 27:10
When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.

This is pretty direct here:

Matthew 10:37
37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Those Who Will Vote for the "Lesser Evil"

Voting for anything you know is EVIL, is WRONG.

1 Thess. 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

History is repeating itself per usual with the evangelical world and religious right being herded per usual into the NWO cow pen to vote for the non-choice New world order candidate. I do believe people are to vote their conscience, of course even one wonders for the big elections if they are even really counting votes but then you ask, why so many are deceived?

From Liberty to the Captives: "The Devil's Device: Voting for the "Lesser of the Evils""

I agree with these points:

"To vote for a puppet of the New World Order controllers is to vote for the devil to have authority over you."

"You are not resisting the devil if you vote for one of the devil's New World Order change agents."

Please read the article in it's entirety.

So many are going to go vote for Romney and will do so thinking Obama is "SO BAD" and there are many terrible things about Obama, but Obama and Romney really have no difference between them. Both support the police state, NDAA, endless wars for NWO profit and so much else. Obama throws the liberals a few social agenda crumbs and they line right up, while evangelicals and neo-conservatives are thrown the crumbs and agenda that herds them into what they think is the "right place". The Right/Left deception is something I've been commenting on for years on this blog.

The propaganda never ends. Here is an example of a recent propaganda movie to get "Christians" and others to vote for Romney.

Ah this movie had the help of Dinesh D’Souza

I see his name crop up all over the religious right. News4themasses covered this more in depth:

"Fear Factor: Obama gets 4 more years and Kills America"

Born in Mumbai, India Dinesh D'Souza has truly lived the American Dream. He moved to the United States to attend Dartmouth College and upon graduation he went to work in the Reagan White House as a policy analyst.

He has been a fellow of the Hoover Institute at Stanford University and the American Enterprise Institute. He is also the author of the New York Times Bestseller The Roots of Obama’s Rage. His other book titles include the popular What’s So Great About Christianity, Letters to a Young Conservative, and The End of Racism. He is a popular speaker and has appeared on Hannity, The Colbert Report, Glenn Beck and Politically Incorrect.

Just looks like another red/blue pill movie to herd people into voting for Romney as the "lesser evil."

That really won't make a difference.

17 Reasons Why A Vote For Mitt Romney Is A Vote For The New World Order

‘Obama’s America’ Is a Box-Office Surprise

I am not against people voting if they choose. I have participated in local elections though I am now at the place where I may vote on local town based millages, etc that require a YES or NO answer, but basically doing a NONE OF THE ABOVE on any of the two "owned party" and other candidates so my voting is very limited.

That said, do your research if you go the third party route. I still remember what I thought when I realized even the truth about the Dominionism and even that one of the founders of the Constitution party was the father of Doug Phillip, Howard Phillips. Politics is corrupt across the board now.

Politics and the Christian: Deceit of This World

Warning about video making internet rounds: Pope's invocation to Lucifer

I've seen this video making some of the internet rounds. Don't play it, just keep reading. They are right that the Catholic church does worship Lucifer. I have written myself on this blog that the Catholic mass is Satanic. Do not watch the video, almost seems like Satanists trying to get their prayers to the devil out there, if you click the link just look to know it exists and don't play.

Be careful of that video though, we have to be careful even of things that seemingly warn about Rome but which could be a set up for more delusion. I went to the video on YOUTUBE and then found myself asking why on earth does this link sprout from a website that calls itself THIRD SECRET. For those who know about Rome, the third secret, comes from Fatima where it is believed the marian apparition spoke of a third secret. Some of this has been rumored to be about the end of the world to even the claim that Rome will become Satanic. It has been from the start. The forum with its information about Satan on it, just do not go there, is strange, and better avoided.

One thing, there are many who warn about Rome but really who desire to bring more confusion. Did the Pope do an invocation to Lucifer that was so overt? It's possible but at the crux of the matter it doesn't matter, because we already know who the Pope serves.. I do not know Latin or have access to a "clean" recording that can be trusted. But most readers on this blog know what Rome is. One can read through the Catholic websites and Vatican speeches themselves to see the occult language beyond what is obvious and non-biblical. I have caught the Pope with occult language that was OVERT beyond the usual Satanic Mass, at least acouple times using Catholic websites putting up copies of his speeches and more.

One time was years ago when the Pope said this:

"Jesus is the Pole Star of human freedom: Without him it loses its sense of direction, for without the knowledge of the truth, freedom degenerates, becomes isolated and is reduced to sterile arbitration."

{Warning NON-CHRISTIAN, one world religion link but describes what the POLE STAR means in Theosophy and the OCCULT}

The Pole star is known as DRACO...

The Dragon, or Draco, is a constellation located in the northern hemisphere. It lies just east of Ursa Major and extends all the way to the east of Ursa Minor, its tail between the two. Through ancient times it has been associated with dragons or serpents. The Persians knew it as a man-eating serpent, while the Greeks saw it as a dragon which lived within the garden of the Hesperides, or Daughters of the Evening, where he guarded the stars or golden apples which hung from the Pole Tree in the Garden of Darkness.

There is endless OVERT examples of the Pope's masonic and occult allegiances if one is looking. I don't pay as much attention anymore but I did when warning others about the Catholic church and looking for myself years ago. Another time that was interesting is when the Pope called referred to "god" as the great architect".

In today's general audience address, the Pope said: All the righteous on earth, even those who do not know Christ and his Church and who, under the influence of grace, seek God with a sincere heart, are ..". called to build the Kingdom of God, cooperating with the Lord who is the first and decisive architect ."

Some may say why warn about the video at top? To me the website it connects to seems fishy. The place really weirded me out, and I wonder about the prayers in Latin on it and what the aim is of those posting it. There probably are some sincere Christians who have picked it up to warn in a sincere fashion about the pope but felt I had to warn here. One has to be careful with websites that even on the SURFACE WARN about Rome. I saw a lot of crazy stuff when I was even delving into their interfaithism years ago. I will be direct in stating what the Roman Catholic church is, the harlot warned of in Revelation 17 but as we get closer to the last days here, I believe they will become MORE OVERT about "who" they really worship.

What is Biblical About Altar Calls? Nothing

I did not get saved going up to a front of a church. It was alone in prayer and in my bedroom. I am sure there SOME who legitimately DO. So do not get me wrong here, do I think everyone who answers an altar call is false? No, I do not, but I question what is a basic CROWD PSYCHOLOGY METHOD. I danced around this issue, on this older article: The Grahams: Easy Believism: Millions of Deceived.

Why do they call them ALTAR calls anyway? Remember what I wrote about ALTARS here. I have to admit, I don't like any methods that operate from CROWD MANIPULATION, that even impacts my opinion of all those single fingers pointed in the air. These preachers and others know how to work crowds, and know what works. Did the apostles and others preach to large crowds, sure they did, but there is a difference between preaching the truth and using crowd psychology to get a desired response.

Act 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls.

Act 2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

There is also the problem of instead of focusing on THE FAITH and BELIEVING, it has people focus on DOING SOMETHING. With the easy believism article, I pointed out how millions believed they were saved just by saying a "sinner's prayer", well unless the true inward believing and faith is there, that is just a rote action, same for GOING UP THE AISLE and sadly how many believe as a result of doing an altar call, that they are truly born again? There are no altar calls in the Bible. I believe there is definitely a link here to false professions and false confessions.

I only could find articles by Calvinists or Calvinist leading Baptists protesting altar calls, so didn't want to use any of those articles, but from reading their research, they all agreed Charles Finney, a Presbyterian pastor was the first to use it and that supposedly he was a pragmatic who focused on the numbers. We see that today, don't we? The focus on the numbers coming up. Preachers judging their own "success" by how many get up out of their seats and go up towards the front. My IFB used altar calls, usually towards the end of the service, people would go to the front to pray and kneel at the front of the church, this wasn't the big crowd production usually we had only very few new visitors because of the size of the church, but one can see that many of these huge conferences and popular preachers, like at Harvest Fest and Billy Graham used an altar call, kind of as the zenith to the whole program. How many times do we hear about the high numbers? How many of these pastors speak of the high numbers coming forward? I have read in various places and even today had a commenter talk about how often people at these "crusades" were often instructed to go up to the front, to help the program forward. Something is wrong with that.

Jack Hyle's Daughter Exposes Her Father's Church as a Cult

Remember Jack Schaap came out of this church.

Jack Hyle's Daughter Exposes Her Father's Church as a cult.

Sadly you see her a daughter rejecting what she thinks is Christianity and entering into the false philosophies of the world. Sadly one of those things is neuro-linguistic programming:

Linda Murphrey is a popular inspirational speaker and expert in human behavior as a Certified Personal and Professional Development Coach, a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and student of interpersonal dynamics for over twenty-five years. She has been educating, speaking and mentoring people on how to reach their dreams, thrive in the midst of change and fulfill their highest destiny - both professionally and personally.

Now adults make their own religious decisions but what she says about growing up in her father's church is interesting.

The following is excerpted from Linda Murphrey’s testimony at the TEDxOjaiChange event in Ojai, California, April 5, 2012:
“My dad pastored a church that evolved into a 50,000-member cult. It operated and still operates under the guise of an independent fundamental Baptist church. But those who have left, the followers who have tried to leave, the outsiders, even the media (it was on 20/20 last year) recognize that it is clearly a cult.

“Every member was in complete obedience to my father. They didn’t dare disagree or be disloyal, for fear of being publicly ridiculed or punished or banished for doing so. They didn’t go on a vacation without asking my dad’s permission, and if he had said to drink the Kool-aid, I’m not kidding, they would have.

“My dad lived a double life, one of a righteous family man and of a dynamic speaker in the public eye, but [another] one of sordid sexual secrets privately, secrets that only my siblings and me and my mom knew. He hated my mom. Hated her. Treated her terribly. Abused her. And even turned his own children against his mother. We hated her. He told us she was crazy. We thought to make him happy, we would hate her too. Our home was so full of turmoil, hatred, stress, strife, and as a little girl, it was isolating, it was intense, and it was frightening. He had affairs. He had a mistress for many years, the wife of a Sunday School teacher. He built her family a beautiful home right around the corner from our house. You could see their family from our back door. It was craziness, living one way, preaching another.

“My older brother became another version of my father. He pastored a church in Texas and was found to be having affairs with 14 different women. He divorced his wife and married one of the 14. My father tried desperately to cover it up. He moved him to another church where he was found to have had 17 affairs with different women, and he just recreated what he had seen my dad live. And my dad did nothing but cover it up. I felt like I had one main responsibility as a child. It was simple, but daunting, and that was to keep all the secrets, and there were so many.

“You see, he had taught us that the best way to please God was to please him, because he was God’s man. He taught us that to please him we had to keep all the secrets. We could never even tell our best friends what went on in our home, because we might be the cause of the destruction of his ministry. I literally feared for my very life if I ever told what went on in our home, for fear that it would hurt his ministry. I was so afraid, and the greater the secrets, the greater my fear, and the greater my determination to keep quiet.

“I got to tell you that the money part of it was pretty nice. As a kid--think about it, tithes and offerings from 50,000 people, hello--it created a lavish lifestyle. My father owned most of the city where the church was. He owned a college, two high schools, two grade schools, a cemetery, lots of buildings. He was very wealthy. And even to our adult years, he owned us. He owned our homes, our cars, our furniture. He owned our lives, and we didn’t dare cross him, because we were too afraid we would lose everything. He died a multi-millionaire. He left nothing to his children. He left everything to the organization, which my younger sister and her husband now lead. And they still perpetuate his legacy: the strict rules, the undying loyalty, and they still try to keep all the secrets” (Linda Murphrey’s testimony at the TEDxOjaiChange event in Ojai, California, April 5, 2012).

I do not believe every IFB church is a cult, [see what David Cloud wrote] but definitely do question many of the pastors in that circle as well. The fundamentalist churches have massively been infiltrated like all the rest. I read Jack Hyles books for myself and was disturbed as I have said before.

A Set Up For The Global Economic Collapse?

Jacob Rothschild, John Paulson And George Soros Are All Betting That Financial Disaster Is Coming

Are you willing to bet against three of the wealthiest men in the entire world? Jacob Rothschild recently bet approximately 200 million dollars that the euro will go down. Billionaire hedge fund manager John Paulson made somewhere around 20 billion dollars betting against the U.S. housing market during the last financial crisis, and now he has made huge bets that the euro will go down and that the price of gold will go up. And as I wrote about in my last article, George Soros put approximately 130 million more dollars into gold last quarter. So will the euro plummet like a rock? Will the price of gold absolutely soar? Well, if a massive financial disaster does occur both of those two things are likely to happen. The European economy is becoming more unstable with each passing day, and investors all over the globe are looking for safe places to put their money. The mainstream media keeps telling us that everything is going to be okay, but the global elite are sending us a much, much different message by their actions. Certainly Rothschild, Paulson and Soros know about things happening in the financial world that the rest of us don't. The fact that they are all behaving in a consistent manner right now should be alarming for all of us.

I have wondered for some time if they are collapsing the economy on purpose to bring in a global currency. It bears some examination. If one sees even how Europe and other places are faring including Japan, the puzzle pieces definitely do seem set up for something big.

Scary Article on Christian Post

Don't Slap Christ's Wife

We may have problems with the church. We may have a list of things we would like to see improved with the way church is done in the 21st Century. But we should never let our healthy evaluation of the church and her effectiveness descend into bashing the bride of Christ.

There are those today who analyze, criticize and discount the church as if she is a useless relic of the past. I have read "experts" who have said we should forsake the organized church and just have Bible studies in our homes. But a church without a team of godly shepherds leading it is not a church at all, it's a group of rebels who have decided that they know better than God's plan for church organizational structure (which, by the way, is clearly laid out in Titus 1 and 1 Timothy 3.)

Again, this doesn't mean that we refuse to see real faults in the church. It means that we recognize them and then jump in to try to fix them with a heart of service and love for the people of God.

We need to honor the church. She is the fire in which all of our embers stay burning white hot for Christ. She is the community in which we all live and minister to each other. She is a collection of saints from male to female, black to white and rich to poor who have one thing in common, our eternal soulmate, Jesus Christ.

Slap my wife and I'll punch you in the throat (and ask for forgiveness later.) I cringe to think what Christ would do.

I remember witnessing to people during my Christian message board days, trying very hard to have them see outside the apostate church system, in this case the Catholic one or other church cults. So many define "The church" as the official organizations, the bricks, buildings, seminaries and networks. Christian believers know different that the church is the ekklesia, the "called out ones", those who are the true saints of God, those who are born again. Obviously this is one error this pastor promotes. The "church" is not where the one guy leads the whole show, but

Matt 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

It is scary to read some of the writings of these guys, two men look at his wife [no touching or saying anything] and while they are lustful in attitude, he goes up to them with a clenched fist. I can understand a man wanting to defend his wife and they should but such a level of anger, seems inappropriate to the situation. What about the comment at the end about "punching" someone in the throat and asking for forgiveness later? Remember he is using that "wife" as an analogy for his church there. That is pretty scary for a "pastor" to write. I have noticed this trend of "TOUGH GUY" pastors who are so busy posturing, it's scary. They have adopted the actions of the world. I don't know about you, but I see the bar room as a place where men would have fistfights over a man looking the "wrong way" at his woman. I suppose one could comment about how America is entering into a wicked culture where thoughtfulness and peacemaking are now seen as only the domain of "wimps". Even his "christ" is presented as a "tough guy" as he writes "lets not test him". And what is that weird soulmate stuff? Is God your soulmate? He is the Creator of the universe, He is to the believer, "Abba, Father". I found that strange. Soulmates are equals it is part of the definition of soul mates which is a New Age concept.

Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Even if he thinks he is defending the "Christian" church, did he miss the extensive bible chapters about what the response to persecution should be? Is beating people up the proper spiritual response? Hey it will be for the antichrist church and well worse. Rome put so many of "saints" to the stakes for "bashing" "their church", see where I am going with that?

Notice those who have left the church system are considered "rebels". I dare say as we get closer to the last days and the building of the apostate antichrist church, this will be the attitude of towards those who refuse to "join with it".

Didn't Rome call those who refused to go to Mass "rebels" as well?

Take a look, even the Christian Post commenters weren't happy with this guy.

An Early Symbol of the Jesus Movement.

Remember when I posted about the arrow pointing to the sky used by Greg Laurie and how this seemed to be based on an overt occult symbol? It's used by many more then just Greg Laurie:

Well accompanying this symbol is another of a hand with one finger pointing to the sky that started being used in the 1960's era Jesus Movement. I found this early website reporting on the Jesus Movement, and notice the finger with one digit pointing to the sky is a used symbol even THEN in the graphics.

I learned researching this hand sign that when it is  hand pointing up, it is called a SIGN OF PRESERVATION in masonic circles.  There is also another one called the Sign of Heaven and Earth, when one is pointing skyward and with one finger down towards the floor.  [not an endorsement of this website: Masonic Hand Signs]

Graphic found from Fanatic for Jesus:

"Don't believe me when I say that pointing the index is a masonic sign? Here are pictures from an old training manual used by freemasons, "Richardson's monitor of freemasonry". The bottom right drawing is taken from "Scotch Rite Masonry Illustrated Part 2" page 26

Here are four photos that are obvious intentional poses. Otherwise how could the photographer frame the camera to capture the index finger just at the edge like that? Pointing the finger away from the body is known in occult circles as "the sign of faith", while pointing upward is the "sign of preservation"."

This symbol is getting popularized in different circles along with the arrow. They call it the "One Way Jesus Sign". Is there anything biblical about this? Not really. Remember what I said about "Christian culture" being a trap of it's own making.

"Christian" magnet for sale with the "one way Jesus sign" [some sun rays thrown into this one]

Jesus Movement People making the ONE WAY sign...

This has been called the JOHN GESTURE [not a link endorsement] in occult circles.

Do you think I am too out on the fringes with this one? What do you think?

I don't want to make any gesture mandated by others and does not appear in the Bible. Yeah, I'll point at stuff in everyday life, but I am talking about purposeful logos and signs and gestures here. Remember they are leading people to worship "another jesus".

2 Corinthians 11:4

4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

Years Outside the Church System

Zimbabwe: Outside the Church System

I've been pondering some things, about being outside the church system especially as time has gone by. As time passes, I know sometimes it can get tough, I try to find other Christians locally who believe the way I do, and while I find the occasional person that is born again, most are all tied into the church system. Finding people who are not, is the exception.

One thing, I have come to more peace in being outside the church system. This is very recent for me but I have come into acceptance about the issue and understanding the bigger picture. Per my Proverbs article of today, God's understanding counts far more then man's. I would rather go where God leads me and obey Him rather then doing what the crowd warrants. If circumstances change and I can find a sincere assembly of born again believers that preaches truth and follows God's Word then I will be open to what ever place God leads me.

As I have written before, when you are out to the church system, there are sacrifices to be made, especially for folks who enjoy the strong fellowship and having a strong church family. I am one of them who loved having those things but I love God more in refusing to be part of a false church. Doing a blog like this one, I am responsible for what I know before God, and that involves knowing the ecumenical and interfaith dealings of endless denominations. I do have contact with church system Christians but do tell them what my beliefs are.  I did tell one newer Lutheran person I met, who is conservative and rejecting of ecumenism, why I cannot be in a Lutheran church and how that ties into Rome's false sacraments. I suppose some of my conversations get interesting. They did hear me out and did not get angry so I hope I gave them food for thought.

It can be tough, when it seems like you are alone out there except for fellow Christian believers online who believe the same way you do. With folks in the church system, it's been tough, even those who have been open to some truths, many are far more influenced by generations of family church involvement and pastors rather then their new "quirky" pal who is sharing bible verses, books and ideas they never have heard anywhere else before. I know how that is. You try to share something and the response is..."But my pastor says" can be a hard one. Sometimes you can get some folks to think and here one needs to give the grace of time and study on their end, and knowing you too were in plenty of churches, but praying they are teachable and will hear what you are warning of.

My search for local fellowship and prayer for it has turned up empty. I do think God has his reasons, even with the IFB, there are things there I have been shown such as the major encroachment into Dominionism in many of the churches. [notice I did not say all] Sometimes I have been surprised. I have looked for home churches and not found anything. The closest I got was meeting one member of a home church but realizing it was a seventh day adventist derivative, keeping to many false SDA teachings that I could not reconcile with.

I ask God for Christian fellowship all the time and while I have it long distance, it is not easy. The churches objectively viewing them from the outside, seem to growing deeper and deeper into deception. I have written about even the mainliners jumping on the Emergent band wagon, the evangelical and fundamentalist world has gone into Dominionism and jumps at every call of the religious political right wing...[Chik-fil-A anyone? The economy is crashing but they have to go on about the homosexuals day and night]. I wrote an article on the homosexual obsession and they managed to turn it up a few notches. The world is imploding, the economy is crashing, sin is increasing [yes homosexuality is a sin too] and here they are on their culture wars parade before the world with no gospel included.

Christian "culture" more and more has become it's own trap. Where people are told what to say, think, believe and do. A demographic of control and certain "lifestyles" advanced for those in it, where so many are herded into a pen, and controlled via the media rather then under the influence of God, and His Word.

Churches that never would have celebrated Lent before, now do so openly, the false traditions and connections to political and other agendas grows stronger and stronger. Sometimes I ask myself, don't any of these church members talk among themselves? Why don't they question anything? I suppose there are unreported numbers of those just leaving like I did. Walking out quietly, and just praying, worshipping and reading their Bibles at home. I posted the article at the top to show that this most likely is a WORLD-WIDE phenomenon. Surely there are people hungering for God's  Word and who have turned to the Holy Spirit to teach them.

I visited many churches for many years, and even when deciding well to avoid services but attend to have other born again people to socialize with or help to get truth to, all of them were far too gone like this place, God basically told me get out. Even the most mild of questions or discussions seemed to upset other members. Trust me I had many of those conversations. Even the conversation with the missionary about Billy Graham was one I'd had many times before with the same reactions.

Here is another question I have, why do so many of the pastors seem so much the same? Why have I never in TWO YEARS of doing this blog, ever seen a pastor here except for one fundamentalist preacher from the Southwest? I have gotten responses from ministries I've questioned or their employees but as far as sincere pastors desiring to discuss these matters, it has been disappointing. Yes I'll grant that many post anonymously and perhaps a few were among their numbers, but it makes you wonder, do any of them research or study anything? I remember asking for examples, some were claiming of those sincere Calvary Chapel pastors who question things like Lausanne, and ecumenism beyond the usual Emergent smokescreens, but never really got an example there either. I asked several times and well never received a response.

As time passes, being outside the church system, can be a challenge, in that Christians are meant to have the support and fellowship of other Christians, but the price should never be compromising to be in a false church or under a pastor you know is deceiving the congregation. One's relationship with God counts the most. I am happy God has shown me the truth, and I am not sitting in some pew being fed lies and deceptions and buying into it all. That said, I am not going to get prideful, Satan sets up plenty of future traps, even for those who get outside the church system. We must always test ourselves. For the people in the church system, since I was one for years, this is not to elevate myself either, but to hope they are shown the truth and those who sit there in the pews, and KNOW, but do not leave because they do not want to lose fellowship or want a church for their kids, turn to God and obey Him and listen to what He is telling them.

Some of us may be hitting years being outside of a church or assembly, and well, I know that brings up new issues. Share your experiences here too if you have been outside the church system for years. Don't feel you are alone here, either, there are others of us too.

Lucado Tells Christians: Don't Worry about The Election

Lucado Tells Christians: Don't Worry about The Election

More culture wars stuff, and telling Christians to stay deceived before the NWO. When it comes to the kings who fornicate [Rev 17-18], it isn't God directing their actions. Actually I believe they already choose ahead of time what flavor of puppet will be put in place. I don't want to call this one yet, it is interesting how many Catholic vice presidents are getting chosen isn't it? I also had that theory Obamacare could be used in an Hegelian Dialectic way for them to strip away social safety nets like Medicare and Social Security so Romney's choice of Paul Ryan given his history on both subjects is an interesting one. Don't forget Romney's role in SETTING up Obamacare in Mass. to help work out the kinks. Notice the focus being on the vulnerable members of society to "save the budget" rather then the trillions of dollars and jobs still literally pouring overseas. Lucado by the way is a false teacher, I used to read his books years ago while still Catholic.

His prayer initiative even does not deal with reality:

"Lucado announced that he is launching a 40-day prayer initiative in the lead-up to the election. Their priority as Christians, he challenged, is to pray for their leaders and those in government rather than to squabble, judge or criticize.
Those who join the prayer initiative are being asked to pray specifically for God to "unite our country," to "strengthen us financially, morally" and to "appoint and anoint our next president."

Notice the DO NOT CRITICIZE LINE, that is one way, they keep Christians in a stupor before the machinations of the NWO, that reminds me of the IFB pastor here, who screamed from the pulpit it was a sin to criticize George W. Bush in 2007, and then when seeing me shake my heads and roll my eyes, said, it would apply to Hillary as well! At that point I got up and walked out right in the middle of his tirade. Anyone ever wonder why there are so few even NWO-aware IFB pastors? Do you know of one? They all seem Republican to the hilt without fail. I don't expect a guy to preach on FEMA camps from the pulpit every Sunday but how about just discerning a few basics?

As for American being strengthened financially, its a pipe dream as the elite are united on crashing the world's economy. That is more blindfolds for the non-discerning in the churches. If anything, it seems we are coming under judgment, and if one adds up all the murders via abortions, one can see why. As for the "next president" being appointed and anointed by God, how silly, that ignores endless bible prophecies about the kings in the last days and who and what they stand for. But then how many deceived evangelicals lined up to vote for those they felt were "God's choice" while such types did plenty of work for Satan? How many are lining up to vote for Romney, and by the way, I have asked point blank to some "church" Christians in my personal life, why are you voting for a Mormon that is excited to see the "White Horse prophecy" come to pass? I already know most "Christians" out there have been herded into the pen the elite have chosen for them.

The Book of Proverbs #2: Proverbs 3:13-26

I was thinking about this bible passage, about how wisdom is considered more precious then rubies and "happy is the man who gains understanding". There is always a lot of for all of us to learn, but I do think gaining understanding in this world is a good thing. Notice how this Bible passages emphasizes how wisdom and knowledge are so important and is much more important then all the riches of this world, well that is true. What use all the baubles of this world if you have not listened to any truths from God? If anything the bible believing Christian should praise God for showing them many things as the world is lost in darkness. This should be with a humble attitude in that God has given us understanding, He is the source of it. Human pride comes before a fall.

Proverbs 3 [KJV]
13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom,
And the man who gains understanding;
14 For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver,
And her gain than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies,
And all the things you may desire cannot compare with her.
16 Length of days is in her right hand,
In her left hand riches and honor.
17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness,
And all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her,
And happy are all who retain her.

19 The Lord by wisdom founded the earth;
By understanding He established the heavens;
20 By His knowledge the depths were broken up,
And clouds drop down the dew.

21 My son, let them not depart from your eyes—
Keep sound wisdom and discretion;
22 So they will be life to your soul
And grace to your neck.

Verse 21 is an interesting verse as well, keep sound wisdom and discretion, especially in this world where they will present their answers to everything and you must keep God's Word in your head to counteract what you are told. How many times must we test the things we are told? That is one reason keeping to God's Word and studying it is so important.

23 Then you will walk safely in your way,
And your foot will not stumble.
24 When you lie down, you will not be afraid;
Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet.
25 Do not be afraid of sudden terror,
Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes;
26 For the Lord will be your confidence,
And will keep your foot from being caught.

Here God promises walking safely and the foot not stumbling and sweet sleep to come as a result of resting in his knowledge. Look even at how so many things have infiltrated into the Christian world how much of it is about having Christians stumble? I think of the many traps, even warned about on this blog, and there are many more.  We should praise God for what He has told us and warned us about. With the "fear" stuff, I know this world is getting really scary. One thing we must remind ourselves of is God being with us no matter what happens and His protection.  This relates to living in God's wisdom too and being open to His knowledge and understanding.

Matt 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

A New Fundamentalist Preacher Scandal: Jack Schaap

Jack Schaap of First Baptist Hammond Admits to Sexual Affair With Teen

Jack Schaap, pastor of Ind. megachurch, fired for sexual relationship with teen congregant

The only reason, that he isn't in jail now, is that in Indiana, 16, is considered the age of majority.

A year and a half ago, I wrote this article about my growing concerns about fundamentalist churches. While there are a few good independents out there sticking to God's Word, be careful. The infiltration of the fundamentalist churches has been as intense and as unabated as in others. Remember the majority of fundamentalist churches are caught up in Dominionism and other extreme errors today. I wrote about this in this previous article:

Falsehoods and Falling Away in Fundamentalist Churches!

In that article, I wrote about Jack Schaap's preaching which I thought was totally false, abusive and praising of men which errors ranging from Dominionism to Patriarchy movement teachings. I also wrote about the idolatry of the statute of Jack Hyles and his wife, see pictures at this article.

The Hyles Anderson, Jack Hyles and Jack Schaap videos on the "Falling Away Fundamentalist Churches" articles would be removed from the Internet a short time after the article was posted, within a couple of months. See below that the videos have been taken down:

Schaap,is one preacher where I used to ask, "Why can't more see through this false preaching"?,  I've watched other sermons online before, and could see that this man was not being directed by the Holy Spirit. How can people remain in the pews watching men like this and NOT WALK OUT? By the way Jack Schaap worked with Jack Hyles years and years ago [see torch picture], this too was a guy that was "chosen" and there from the beginning.

Jack Schaap is married to Jack Hyles daughter, Cindy. Here Jack Hyles discusses their marriage. This is also where I took the snippet below from. One can see the bit of weirdness right here for themselves, husband as "high priest"? Hmm like the Mormons? Notice how her refers to his daughter's body as the "holy of holies", which is blasphemous. This is where all that patriarchy stuff and purity balls is taking us, you see.

If one examines  First Baptist of Hammond, the church connected to the fundamentalist Christian university, Hyles Anderson, there is a history that does not give too good a picture. The sex abuse problems are being discussed openly in the baptist world.  That link goes to a website "Stuff Fundies Like" where the people are some of those who came out of fundamentalism, but one can see what led some of that place with the examples they were given. A few years ago, I did my own research, and I found out about a news show called Preying from the Pulpit. I have not seen this show, but journalists were outraged with the numbers of sex abuse cases connected to and with those coming out of Hyles Anderson.

Watch out for torches...[may do an article on that]

In my IFB church, they did have Jack Hyle's books on the church library shelves and even would allow Hyles-Anderson representatives to come and advertise their college to would be students. I have to admit, that while as a new Christian, I learned a lot at that church, from many sincere Christians, chances are that TODAY I would not fit into most '"fundamentalist" churches with my beliefs. God has shown me far more since those days. Even then, I was warning the congregation about Dominionism, and seeing them edge into the pits dug for them by the religious political right, that I warn about today on this blog.

The more I learned about that college, the worse I have felt about it. I consider the now deceased Jack Hyles, a false teacher, I read his books while at my old IFB church, and well, let's just say, I thought something was off about the guy in the beginning. If anything his books read very close to the legalisms of one Bill Gothard even if some of the teachings were different. Of course this is not an article about Hyles Anderson but his protege' Jack Schaap.

While one can say yes, sex abusers are everywhere and will enter even the ministry to gain access to more vulnerable victims, what happens when patterns are set and so many top ones turn out to be not just spiritual wolves but one's who are sexual and other type of ones as well? This stuff isn't just happening in the Catholic church, where their poisonous desire to hide it all, blasted into the news circa 2002, but many other churches and denominations out there. The 20/20 IFB report came out stating that cover ups were going on in fundamentalist {IFB} churches. By the way, when the sex scandals broke in the RCC, seeing falsely led members defend it all was horrifying, sadly this will happen in other church groups as well.

The website "Stuff Fundies Like" reported on one of Jack Schaap's sermons, and it is truly horrifying some of the stuff that is preached, but I have seen this man on video preach other very disagreeable things.

"But at least Jack managed to get one last burst of crazy in before he headed for an undisclosed location to await this fate and here it is. From July 8th here are some relevant excerpts from his sermon “What Mom And Dad Don’t Know Will Hurt Him.” Only click that link for audio if you have a strong constitution."

I'll warn my readers if you go listen and/or read, be careful, it is gross stuff, I can't in my right mind believe anyone including the men in the audience sat there and listened to that garbage coming from the pulpit. I decided not to quote it here for a reason. I just skimmed through and was too disgusted. He talks about sex and teenage girls and even calls his congregation "dirty themselves". There are other sermons exposed on websites and online that are too disgusting to even post videos of.

Once when visiting a church here, I was offended by a preacher, I was with my husband, and we had gone to a bible study and dinner. At that point I was looking for some Christian fellowship but that church was so far gone, God told me to clear out. I wrote about some aspects of it here. This was a church where they wrote rules about what you could say regarding the pastor. With the pastors, the filthy talkers are taking over. This guy talked about seeing scantily clad women out in public, and while his message was "adultery is wrong", why on earth would he tell us, of this sin almost in a "too cool for school" way? This was surrounded by jokes in this case, instead of the twisted righteous indignation used in the other sermons. Jack Schaap, if this website is accurate has written very strange things in books and elsewhere before too.

We are entering the days where your faith better be all dependent on God.  Many of the pastors are proving themselves to be fallen away hirelings. I wonder myself how many sincere ones are left in the pulpits because it seems watching the disgusting arrays, of their superiors, would be enough, for them to question the system, expose them and clear out. How many lesser known guy's in the pulpit ignore the Dominonism, the political religious stuff, the other subterfuge and now what else is being exposed? Do any pastors read this website? If you do tell us you are here. Remember Jack Schaap held a Pastor's School where multitudes of Hyles Anderson trained IFB pastors go to get training, education and fellowship between each other. Now think about the INFLUENCE there, that is given out even if these are independent churches. Here is an example of last years Pastor's below..."THE LARGEST GATHERING OF INDEPENDENT BAPTISTS IN THE WORLD"

None of them could discern that this man would be a problem?

I knew watching 2 sermons on Youtube, something was wrong with the man.

and no I am not just talking any would be sexual sins.

Pray for those in the church, pray for the young girl [girls if there were more] who were victimized and for the families in that church, that God will show them the truth.

2 Peter 3-14Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. 15And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 16As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. 17Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. 18But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

The Whosoevers: A "Christian" Band and Their Interesting Graphics

Warning this article includes Satanic imagery and symbols. I am putting this out to EXPOSE these things, though I have to admit, this stuff is so dark, even choosing to do this article was tough. But someone has to say something about these so called "Christian" rock bands who are out there deceiving young people using the symbols, and attitudes borrowed from Satanic influenced "heavy metal" and other music genres. When I became a Christian, I had to repent of listening to years worth of the world's most wicked music. This was during my youth, but my own ears were filled with heavy metal, goth, industrial and everything else Satan had to offer. I am quite familiar how in that world they think everything DARK is "COOL". I hate seeing young people led into false Christianity and even influenced to embrace the world via bands like this. Even more sickening is they are invited to play right in the churches.

“It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.” —Ecclesiastes 7:5

This is so in the face, one can tell they aren't even trying to "hide" it anymore from those can "see".
I considered doing an article long ago on the apostate Christian rock bands and how they have marked themselves.  One can see the single eye Horus markings, such as in Toby Mac's latest album with his single huge eyeball right on the front of a bright green cover talked about here, and the parade of skulls and other questionable graphics. I am glad others have exposed these artists, but then I found a group that is so marked with occult and other questionable symbols, I thought well I will go ahead and post on this. Some of you may even find it hard to believe how extreme this all is.

The Whosoevers are a so called "Christian" band growing more in popularity. At this link notice the skull and the number "23" on the lower right. On an older article on this blog, we have been having a discussion about these markings. [scroll down to the latter comments]

What Symbols Can Tell You #1 The Eye of Horus

During the course of this conversation I found their blog.

Tell me what you think seeing the X, the obivous OWL, the saturn spirals in the wings, and the "V" of the forehead and smaller "V" below.......Count the occult symbols. Jesus is already risen, Who are they calling on to ARISE? And what is the meaning of the number 37?

By the way it gets worse, much worse. Think about how Satan wants to influence the young people out there and then ask yourself, why would a so called Christian band want to cloak itself so much in the symbols of the occult and darkness?

Ok if they see the HORUS eyes and other satanic symbols as being part of the "organized religion" world, why is it on THEIR ART WORK TOO? Why do they have the "revolution fist" think Che Guevara with their band logo on it, a logo which by the way is an ENCIRCLED W?

Seeing that organized religion graphic, the band members have worn that too on T-Shirts.

Yes the first letter of the band's name but if you know about the connotations of how "W" is used out there, a very questionable one. Remembering the Vs used on the Owl and the design, W can be used as an occult marker as well

The letter “W” in the mystical practices of Kabalism is emblematic of the “Dark Side” of magick.

Why do their band members wear the art of one Shepard Fairey with it's mind control meme of OBEY, Pentagrams and worse? By the way Shepard Fairey did the iconic Obama-HOPE poster that we saw all over the place during the 2008 election.

How many hand signs in this picture? The eyes with acouple are very scary or being made to look scary.

What's with this guy, and that SS [Nazi] Skull T-Shirt? So they slap a Christian saying on an other wise Satanic T-Shirt and call it a day? Doesn't this guy know what the SS-lightening symbols meant to the Nazis and it had to do with death and destruction?

This band and other affiliated groups like POD, have been invited to play at Calvary Chapel churches.

Here is a poster promoting one of their shows at a Calvary Chapel [the blue arrow is from me pointing out the band name, the W with the circle around it is their logo. The Term "murder your flesh" is creepy enough, skewing what the Bible says.

Isn't Ryan Ries  a son of a Calvary Chapel pastor?

This is supposed to be an ad, for a "Christian" rock concert. You're kidding me right? [blue arrows added by me to point out names]

Here is one of their videos, watch with the sound off, but you can see the symbols on the shirts and more. Why does one wear a sweat shirt, with Catholic iconography of a "pierced heart"?

One of The Whosoever's members is Brian Welch, also known as Head, who used to be a member of the secular heavy metal band Korn. He came out as having became a Christian and got involved in the Whosoever "ministry" according to Wikipedia.:

"The Whosoevers
In 2008, Sonny Sandoval, of P.O.D., and Ryan Ries, son of Pastor Raul Ries of Calvary Chapel Golden Springs, Lacey Sturm of Flyleaf created a ministry with Welch and freestyle motocross aerialist Ronnie Faisst. Taking the name "The Whosoevers" (from John 3:16), the ministry "seek[s] to impact those whose pain has previously driven them to addictive or self-destructive behaviors."[34]"

By the way, the lyrics are scary too, I checked a few out, I may post a few in comments, but for now will spare my readers.

Anyone as disturbed by the use of these symbols as I am? My advice for any Christian family keep the young people away from any modern "Christian" music, unless you have checked it out for yourself and even then be careful.
